These Terms of Service govern your use of Arinara.

Using Arinara

• You must use the app in a lawful manner and only share content that you have the right to upload.
• You are responsible for the videos, comments, and road notes that you publish.
• You must not upload content that is abusive, misleading, infringing, or unsafe.

Zero Tolerance & Community Safety

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or inappropriate content. To ensure a safe community, Arinara provides built-in tools for you to:

• Report: You can report any content or user that violates our community standards directly within the app using the reporting tool.
• Block: You can immediately block any user to prevent further interaction and hide their content.

Processing & Enforcement: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Any user found in violation of our zero-tolerance policy will be subject to immediate content removal and permanent account termination (blacklisting) without notice.

Community and Moderation

• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the community.
• Blocking, reporting, and moderation tools are provided to help keep the app safe and usable.

Digital Services

Arinara may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for operations, maintenance, legal compliance, or security.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
